The purpose of our investigation was to study the students nourishment in the dining - rooms of three Tomsk colleges. During the study the intake of main nutrients of each student was fixed. 225 students took part at our research. It was detected, that in this very random sampling, the predominate majority of students were eating without following the principles of healthy, rational nourishment. It turned out the decreased consumption of main nutrients for about 30-40%, and also calorie content for about 45%.
